Import a Custom Character into your City

You can import a custom character into Sim City 64, but first, you have to use Mario Artist Paint Studio.
Use Paint Studio’s Animate tool, and draw your character and animate it if you want.
Then save it as “ シム “ (Sim in Katakana) in any container, this is important.

When you’re playing Sim City 64, in any city, you can import your character by going to the last menu and then the Palette icon.
It will ask you if you want to import a character and then Yes or No. If you say Yes, it will ask you to swap the disk. Swap to the Paint Studio disk with the animation you made.
It will recognize the “ シム “ (Sim) file and ask if you want to use it. You will then see your character in the streets.

Free Mode - Start with $999 999

After selecting the terrain, name the mayor “ かねもちマリオ “ (Kanemochi Mario), then the easy option will give you $999 999 no matter the terrain.

達成条件：人口1万人　木タイルを増設
ボーナスビル：プチシャトー

Condition: Reach a population of 10000. Build wood tiles.
Reward: Petit Chateau

Choice C

達成目標：教育の充実
達成条件：人口3万人　学校を増設
ボーナスビル：人口スキー場

Goal: Improve Education.
Condition: Reach a population of 30000. Build schools.
Reward: Ski Resort

Choice D

達成目標：社会福祉の充実
達成条件：人口3万人　病院を増設
ボーナスビル：ソーラータワー

Goal: Improve Social Welfare.
Condition: Reach a population of 30000. Build hospitals.
Reward: Solar Tower

達成目標：犯罪を取り締まる
達成条件：人口8万人　警察署を増設
ボーナスビル：S・セキュリティ

Goal: Reduce Crime
Condition: Reach a population of 80000. Build Police Stations.
Reward: S. Security

達成目標：市民の心を豊かにする
達成条件：人口8万人　大きい公園を増設
ボーナスビル：ペンギンレース場

Goal: Ease the citizen’s minds.
Condition: Reach a population of 80000. Build a big park.
Reward: Penguin Race Track

Step 5: Realization of a resort city!
Goal: Make a resort city.
Condition: Reach a population of 180000. Build a Marina.
Reward: Mario Statue

達成目標：エコロジカル都市を実現する
達成条件：人口18万人　水力・風力発電所以外の廃止
ボーナスビル：水晶風車

Step 5: Realization of an ecological city!
Goal: Make an ecological city.
Condition: Reach a population of 180000. Allow only Hydro and Wind Power Stations.
Reward: Crystal Windmill
